Joel Lloren: Contrast between destroyed, rebuilt Azerbaijan's Kalbajar striking

The contrast between the destroyed and restored Azerbaijan's Kalbajar is striking, a traveler from the Philippines, Joel Lloren, told Report.
"When you look at the destroyed houses left after the Armenian occupation and compare them with what has been built now, it causes real admiration," he said.
According to the traveler, he was especially impressed by the fact that new housing is provided to residents free of charge.
"Citizens who were once forced to leave their homes are provided housing free of charge. Azerbaijan shows great care for its citizens. This is a great advantage," he noted.
