Georgian blogger Tamuna Mumladze has said that vehicles are allowed to move on the Khankandi-Lachin road.
"I have been here for a while. Vehicles are allowed to move. I have yet to see the movement blocked," he told Report.
According to the blogger, the protests of Azerbaijani eco-activists are justified.
“No one in the world wants the environment to worsen or be damaged. In general, not only me, the whole world is against environmental terrorism,” he said.
