French envoy: 'This is my first time in Shusha, symbol of Azerbaijani art, culture'

Shusha is a city that makes it possible to understand the Azerbaijani culture, Ambassador of France to Azerbaijan Anne Bouillon in Shusha told Report.

The diplomat noted that this is her first visit to Shusha.

"Indeed, I feel a great sense of joy being here. I know that Shusha holds a special place for Azerbaijan, since this city is a symbol of culture and art. In addition, Shusha has given the world many famous people," she said.

Bouillon also emphasized that she was delighted with the pace of construction and restoration work carried out in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
