A delegation of diplomats accredited in Azerbaijan, including military attachés and representatives of international organizations, has visited the historic Mehmandarovs' House in Shusha, Report informs.
The guests got acquainted with the architectural ensemble of the 18th-century estate.
During the Armenian occupation, most of the buildings, including the bathhouse, were destroyed. The small Mehmandarovs' House was abandoned for many years, the stone inscriptions on the historical spring were destroyed, and the water in it dried up.
After the liberation of Shusha, Azerbaijan carried out restoration work, reviving the historical appearance of the estate.
