Commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Karabakh, lieutenant general Rustam Muradov is completing his mission, Report informs.
He led the Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh after the tripartite statement of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Russia, and Armenia.
Rustam Muradov was born in the Chinar village of Derbent region of Daghestan on March 21, 1973. From December 2018, until he was appointed the contingent commander, he was the deputy chief of the Southern Military Command.
