Enemy forces shell Tartar again

On October 17, Armenian armed forces fired at Tartar city and surrounding villages, violating the humanitarian ceasefire.
Report’s correspondent sent to the frontline informed. Another shell fired by Armenians hit a high school in the city. More than 10 classrooms were damaged.
