Bookmakers believe cardinal from Philippines has best chances of becoming new Pope

Polish bookmakers believe that Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle from the Philippines (67) has the best chance of becoming the new Pope, Report informs via foreign media.

Bets on him are accepted with odds of 2.25 (i.e. with 100 zlotys ($26) you can win 225). He is a representative of the progressive wing of the Roman Catholic Church in Asia.

In second place with odds of 2.75 is Pietro Parolin from Italy (70 years old, Italian, Secretary of State of the Holy See since 2013), in third place is Robert Sarah from Guinea (odds of 6).
