Erdogan: Turkiye attaches great importance to BTK

Turkiye attaches great importance to the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) railway line, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at the 6th Summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) in Astana, Report informs.

In addition, he said that his country supports the modern Silk Road connecting Asia and Europe.

"The East-West international transport corridor project passing through the Caspian Sea is also important for us," he added.
