Tajikistan and Iran intend to intensify cooperation in various areas, including increasing mutual trade, boosting the private sector, and cooperation in the banking sector, pharmaceuticals, and medicine, Report informs via Tajik media.
The Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kokhir Rasulzoda and the First Vice President of Iran Mohammad Mokhber held negotiations in Bishkek within the framework of a meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
Rasulzoda and Mokhber discussed further support for the work of the intergovernmental commission.
They also talked about the possibility of opening new air routes, in particular the expansion of flights in both directions.
