Munich hosts presentation of Azerbaijan's activities for development of Middle Corridor

In Munich, a presentation was held on the activities and future plans of Azerbaijan Railways (ADY), which is part of AZCON Holding, for the development of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (Middle Corridor).

As Report informs with reference to ADY, the presentation was given by the advisor to the chairman of the company Emil Mammadov during panel discussions on "Reassessing intermodal transportation: unhindered movement along the Trans-Caspian route and the role of the private sector" within the framework of the Transport Logistic 2025 exhibition in Munich.

It was noted that as a result of prolonged and active negotiations conducted by ADY with international partners, the volume and share of container transportation along the Middle Corridor is growing year by year. In the first four months of 2025, ADY increased container transportation by 56% compared to the same period last year.

Measures to strengthen multimodal integration and increase transportation volumes were discussed at the panel.
