Mikhail Gusman: Reconstruction in Karabakh is model for world

The reconstruction efforts in Azerbaijan's Karabakh serve as a global example, Russian journalist Mikhail Gusman told journalists during the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku.

Report quotes him as saying Azerbaijan's urban planning and redevelopment projects in the liberated territories have attracted significant international interest:

"After victory in the Patriotic War, Azerbaijan faced the important task of restoring these lands and ensuring dignified living conditions for people. Special attention is given to the work carried out under President Ilham Aliyev's leadership. The President regularly visits these territories, monitors progress, and issues relevant instructions. Hosting such an important international forum in Baku demonstrates Azerbaijan's high standing in the global community."
