Deputy Minister: 3,400 km of highways being built in Azerbaijan’s Karabakh, East Zangazur

Currently, approximately 3,400 km of highways are under construction in the Karabakh and East Zangazur economic regions of Azerbaijan, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rahman Hummatov stated during a briefing on transport sector developments in 2024, Report informs.

Additionally, Hummatov highlighted that since 2004, Azerbaijan has constructed 21,000 km of highways, 335 bridges, and 45 tunnels.
