Registration of real estate up 12% in Azerbaijan in July

In July of this year, 27,065 property rights for real estate (+11.9%) were registered in Azerbaijan, the State Committee on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy told Report.

Of the monthly index, 6,311 were initial registrations (+26.8% ), and 20,754 were re-registrations (+8.1%).

In total, during the month, 3,994 property rights were registered for private residences and summer houses, 7,790 for apartments, 11,448 for land plots, and 833 for other types of real estate.

During the reporting period, 21,367 technical passports for real estate were drawn up, 366 encumbrances (registration of lease, use rights), and 5,612 mortgage contracts were registered. This is 15.5%, 12.3%, and 41.5% more, respectively, compared to the indicator of May last year.
