Azerbaijan Railways plans to transport record number of passengers

This year, the number of passengers transported by Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) CJSC will reach a record level, Report informs.

"Thanks to the optimization carried out in the field of passenger transportation, the number of passengers transported by railways within the country in the current year was 5.3 million people. According to estimates, this year, for the first time in the history of ADY, the number of passengers will exceed 6 million people. Next year, the number is predicted to be more than 7 million," ADY said.
