Azerbaijan, Georgia mull joint efforts within BTK project

Azerbaijan and Georgia have discussed joint efforts to fully launch the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway route, Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev wrote on X following talks with Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Mariam Kvrivishvili in Baku, Report informs.
"We discussed the current level and prospects of cooperation in the field of transport between our countries, as well as joint efforts to fully launch the BTK project," Nabiyev noted.
According to the minister, the agenda of the talks also included issues of improving the regulatory framework in the field of road transport, potential cooperation in the fields of ICT, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and innovation.
