Azerbaijan and Qatar mull modern approaches to urban planning

Azerbaijan and Qatar discussed modern approaches to urban planning, Anar Guliyev, Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of Azerbaijan, said on Facebook, Report informs.
Guliyev said he had "a very fruitful exchange" with Abdulaziz bin Nasser bin Mubarak Al-Khalifa, Secretary-General of the National Planning Council of the State of Qatar.
"We discussed modern approaches to urban planning, sustainable development strategies implementation, explored opportunities for collaboration in the areas of housing policy, and infrastructure projects. Special emphasis was placed on the integration of digital solutions and environmental standards into planning," Anar Guliyev wrote on Facebook.
