Perspectives for cooperation in civil aviation were discussed on October 18 at the meeting of AZAL President Jahangir Asgarov with Marco Buratti, Senior Vice President of the Italian company Leonardo.
Report informs, citing the Press Service of the company, that the parties at the meeting touched on the issues of cooperation in the field of aircraft maintenance and repair, as well as the introduction of promising and modern innovative technologies in the field of air navigation.
As a result of the negotiations, projects for the development of the infrastructure of the air navigation system of Azerbaijan were agreed.
Also during the event, an exchange of views was held on the development of relations between companies in various areas in the civil aviation of Azerbaijan, and a wide potential for productive cooperation with the Italian aviation industry was noted.
