AZAL acquires its exclusive sales agent Silk Row Travel

Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) has acquired its long-time exclusive sales agent, Silk Row Travel, Report informs, citing the airline's financial statement.
The acquisition took place on May 1st of the previous year, with AZAL purchasing Silk Row Travel as a subsidiary for a symbolic amount of 50 manats, despite the company's net liabilities of 7,703 manats.
