Annual inflation rate nears 13% in Azerbaijan

In January-June 2022, annual inflation in Azerbaijan amounted to 12.9%, including the price index for food increased by 19%, Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov said on July 15 at the meeting chaired by President Ilham Aliyev, dedicated to the results of six months of this year, according to Report.
The minister noted that the plan of anti-inflationary policy measures has been approved and implemented in the country.
