Revenues of Anglo Asian Mining down by over 2%

Anglo Asian Mining plc, a British gold, copper and silver producer operating in Azerbaijan, generated $30.8 million revenue in January-June 2023, Report informs, referring to the company’s semi-annual report.
This is $700,000, or 2.22%, less than the first half of 2022.
During the reporting period, the company sold 10,506 ounces of gold bars, 767 ounces, or 6.8% less, than in the first 6 months of last year. So, during this period, the average price of an ounce of gold was $1,939, which is $38, or 2%, more than the price of the first half of 2022.
Anglo Asian Mining plc received $10.4 million from the sale of copper concentrate, $600,000, or 6.1%, more than in the first half of 2022.
