Production of cream, sour cream, cheese and cottage cheese up in Azerbaijan

In January-November 202, 9,053.2 tons of cream and sour cream were produced in Azerbaijan, 9.9% more than in the same period of 2023, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

In 11 months, the production of cheese and cottage cheese in the country increased by 2.8% year-on-year, reaching 50,419 tons.

During the reporting period, the republic had 0.1 tons of cream and sour cream reserves, and 58.9 tons of cheese and cottage cheese reserves.
