Pasta production in Azerbaijan doubles

During January-February 2025, Azerbaijan produced 2,528.7 tons of pasta, marking a 2.1-fold increase compared to the same period in 2024.

Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee, that, as of March 1, the country had a stock of 12.2 tons of finished pasta products.

Additionally, in the first two months of the year, Azerbaijan's food production reached a total value of 933.9 million manats, which is 10.7% higher than the same period last year.
