Baku to host ADEX and Securex Caspian exhibitions in September

On September 24-26, the Baku Expo Center will host the region's most significant event dedicated to the defense industry - the 5th Anniversary Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition (ADEX) and the 14th International Exhibition for Internal Security, Safety, and Rescue Equipment (Securex Caspian), the organizer company told Report.

Around 270 companies representing 38 countries will participate in the exhibitions. Alongside Azerbaijan, participating countries include the US, Belarus, the UAE, Bulgaria, the UK, the Czech Republic, China, Spain, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Hungary, Pakistan, Qatar, Russian Federation, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Türkiye, Ukraine, and others.

This year's exhibitions have been refreshed with new companies accounting for 34% of the total participants. Among the participating countries, Hungary, Qatar, Singapore, and Slovakia are new additions compared to the 2022 exhibitions.

Some 14 countries will be represented at the exhibitions with national pavilions. These include Azerbaijan, Belarus, the Czech Republic, China, Italy, Israel, Hungary, Pakistan, Qatar, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Türkiye, and Ukraine. Compared to 2022, there has been a 32% increase in the number of participants.
