Azerbaijan records over 80% growth in gold production

In January–February of 2025, Azerbaijan produced 478.3 kg of gold and 776.6 kg of silver, representing a year-on-year increase of 81.4% and 36.8%, respectively, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.

During this period, Azerbaijan’s copper concentrate output stood at 356.3 tons, marking an 11.1-fold increase year-on-year.

As of March 1, 2025, Azerbaijan had 160.4 kg of gold, 668.9 kg of silver, and 234.5 tons of copper concentrate in stock.
