Azerbaijan observes 2.2-fold increase in leather output

Between January and July of 2025, Azerbaijan produced 34,400 square meters of processed leather, representing a 2.2-fold increase year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.

As of August 1, Azerbaijan had 138,000 square meters of finished leather products in stock.

In 2024, the country produced 64,500 square meters of leather—0.6% more than in 2023.
