President of European Olympic Committee to visit Azerbaijan

The President of the European Olympic Committee, Spyros Capralos, will visit Baku, Chingiz Huseynzade, vice president of the National Olympic Committee (NOC), told Report.

According to him, the Greek official will participate in the 30th-anniversary event of the NOC. Huseynzade emphasized that, unlike International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach, the EOC president's visit to Azerbaijan will become real: "I can't say a word about Bach. His visit doesn't seem probable. But I had conversations with Capralos. He will participate in the jubilee event."

The anniversary event of NOC will be held on November 10-12.
