France thwarts 23 disruption attempts during Olympic torch relay

23 actions aimed at disrupting the smooth running of the Olympic festivities linked to the torch relay have been prevented in France, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the country Gerald Darmanin said on his social media account, Report informs.
The Olympic torch was delivered to the city of Marseille on May 8.
Paris-2024 Summer Olympic Games will be held in France from July 26 to August 11.
