Azerbaijan's Boxing Federation comments on possible participation in championship in Yerevan

It's early to speak about the national team's participation in the European boxing championships in Yerevan, the new president of the Azerbaijan Boxing Federation, Sahil Babayev, has said.

Report quotes him as saying he will discuss the issue with the head coach, coaching staff, and athletes.

Noting that Azerbaijani boxers are ready to win anywhere, he said the final decision would depend on athletes and coaches.

The European Boxing Championship will take place in Yerevan on May 21-31.
