Ministry: Efforts ongoing to put out fire on supply ship in Caspian Sea

The operation to extinguish the fire on the supply ship in the Caspian Sea is ongoing without interruption, according to Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations, Report informs.
Firefighters from the Azerbaijan State Fire Protection Service under the Ministry of Emergency Situations, equipped with the necessary tools, have boarded the ship and are actively combating the fire in its internal compartments.
In order to support the uninterrupted firefighting efforts, a helicopter from the ministry’s aviation unit is delivering essential equipment to the site.
