New police chief appointed in Shusha

Police lieutenant colonel Samad Maharramov has been appointed chief of Shusha City Police Department.
Report informs that Interior Minister, Colonel-General Vilayat Eyvazov signed a relevant order.
On November 8, Azerbaijan liberated Shusha after 28 years of the Armenian occupation.
