Seventeen Azerbaijani pedagogical staff members and 17 students were illegally expelled from Khankandi Pedagogical Institute, reads the indictment of ethnic Armenians accused of committing war crimes, Report informs.
It was stated that starting from February 1988, at least 17 pedagogical staff members working as teachers and at least 17 Azerbaijani students pursuing higher education at Khankandi Pedagogical Institute located in Khankandi city were forcibly expelled en masse from the institute solely because they were Azerbaijanis.
