110-year-old retro car burns down in Azerbaijan

The oldest car of the Beijing-Paris car rally - the American LaFrance Type 10, manufactured in 1914, got ablaze fire in Azerbaijan, Report informs.
The Azerbaijan Automobile Federation told Report that the car heading from Baku to Georgia caught fire due to technical reasons while leaving the city this morning.
The owner of the car is Thomas de Vargas Machuca, the head of the Hero-Ero club.
Other unique retro cars participating in the Beijing-Paris car rally are currently in Shamakhi. Cars that continue to march are displayed in Meysari village of the Shamakhi district.
