Official: Over 6,000 users became victims of hackers in Azerbaijan

In the first half of 2025, 95 employees of seven state agencies in Azerbaijan became victims of hacker attacks due to non-compliance with cyber hygiene, the State Service for Special Communication and Information Security said in a statement, Report informs.

Over 6,200 users have reportedly been identified as victims of hackers.

The State Service for Special Communication and Information Security said it continues audits and monitoring of information security to protect state agencies from existing and potential threats.
