Investment in Azerbaijan's information, communication sector surges by nearly 37%

In January-March 2025, Azerbaijan's information and communication sector received investments totaling 77.1 million manats ($45.3 million), reflecting a 36.8% increase compared to the same period in 2024, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.
In March alone, investments in the sector reached 27 million manats ($15.88 million), marking a year-on-year growth of 34%.
During the first quarter of 2025, the information and communication sector accounted for 2.2% of the total investments in Azerbaijan's economy.
Meanwhile, in 2024, investments in this sector amounted to 630.4 million manats ($370.8 million), representing a 59.5% increase compared to 2023.
