Azerbaijani engineers to develop high-standard satellites in coming years

In the coming years, Azerbaijani engineers will develop space satellites that meet the highest international standards, Samaddin Asadov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan, said at an event marking World Engineering Day, according to Report.
He emphasized that Azerbaijan is set to implement more new space projects in the near future.
"Azerbaijan is making significant strides in training engineers in the space sector. As a result, the country has a substantial impact on space exploration, not only regionally but globally. Azerbaijan participates in numerous space projects and international programs. We are also hosting global-scale events, which will continue this year," Asadov stated.
