Azerbaijan to present experience of using AI in energy in Davos in 2026

Azerbaijan will present its experience of using AI in the energy sector at the World Economic Forum in Davos in January 2026, Executive Director of the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution under the Economy Ministry Fariz Jafarov said, Report informs.

"We are working on a pilot project to use AI to reduce energy consumption. We plan to present the positive experience gained to an international audience in Davos," he noted.

Jafarov also said that 4SIM is simultaneously working on a project to introduce AI in a call center to analyze incoming calls from citizens, prepare answers to them, and determine the efficiency of employees.

Recalling that the Ministry of Economy acquired the first supercomputer in the country, Jafarov emphasized its importance for processing large volumes of data.
