Azerbaijan's C4IR and Turkish AIPA sign MoU

The Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) under Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economy, and Türkiye's Artificial Intelligence Policy Association (AIPA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
According to Report, the document was signed during the INMerge Innovation Summit 2025 held in Baku, organized by PASHA Holding LLC.
The memorandum was signed by Fariz Jafarov, Chairman of the Board of C4IR, and Zafer Kucuksabanoglu, Head of AIPA.
