Azerbaijan participates in International Telecommunication Union event

Azerbaijan participated in the ministerial roundtable organized within the framework of the International Telecommunication Union's World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS)+20 High-Level Event 2025 held in Geneva, Switzerland, Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev said on X, Report informs.
"We brought attention to the fact that Azerbaijan has advanced nine positions in the UN E-Government Development Index, achieved the status of a country with rapidly developing e-government, and ranked second among CIS countries in the global Cybersecurity Index. We noted that Azerbaijan was the first country in the region to develop a National Artificial Intelligence Strategy," Nabiyev wrote on X.
