Azerbaijan creating Research and Development Center jointly with China

Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, ADA University and Huawei have signed a tripartite memorandum of understanding to establish a joint Research and Development Center (R&D Center), Minister Rashad Nabiyev said, Report informs.
He noted that the project will train highly qualified local IT specialists who will receive Huawei certificates.
