Ali Naghiyev: Work is underway to establish National Cyber Center

The "Rules for ensuring the security of critical information infrastructure" and "The structure, creation, and maintenance of the registry of critical information infrastructure facilities" have been approved, and work is underway to establish the National Cyber Center in Azerbaijan, the Head of the State Security Service, Ali Nagiyev, said in his address to the participants of the "Critical Infrastructure Defense Challenge 2023" event to be held in Baku, Report informs.

According to him, collecting information about cyber threats and cyber attacks, as well as cyber incidents against critical information infrastructure facilities, systematizing them, conducting analysis, taking countermeasures against cyber incidents, as well as conducting digital forensic research related to the cyber incident, are among the main tasks.
