Number of people vaccinated in Azerbaijan disclosed

Some 4,092 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

The number of those who got their first jab reached 415 people today, while 418 people got their second dose of the vaccine. As many as 2,947 people got immunized with three or more doses of a COVID vaccine.

To date, 13,649,741 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the population in Azerbaijan. Of these, 5,340,053 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,840,220 have been double jabbed.

As of today, 3,229,389 people have received a booster dose of coronavirus vaccines in Azerbaijan.

As many as 240,079 people have got the booster dose after recovering from COVID-19.
