Number of people vaccinated in Azerbaijan announced

Some 33,853 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

The number of those who got their first jab reached 1,948 people today, while 1,800 people got their second dose of the vaccine. As many as 28,376 people got immunized with three or more doses of a COVID vaccine.

To date, 13,051,721 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the population in Azerbaijan. Of these, 5,302,581 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,788,753 have been double jabbed.

As of today, 2,752,545 people have received a booster dose of coronavirus vaccines in Azerbaijan.

As many as 207,842 people have got the booster dose after recovering from COVID-19.
