Minister of Health: “There is no need to bring monkeypox vaccines to Azerbaijan”

"Monkeypox vaccine is available only in a few African countries. I think that there is no need to bring this vaccine to Azerbaijan en masse, " the Minister of Health Teymur Musayev told Report.
According to him, there is no reason for monkeypox to spread widely in Azerbaijan: “People have been vaccinated systematically for a long time now. The vaccines are as mutually sensitive to monkeypox as they are to other types of pox disease.
