Global COVID tally nears 665M

The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the world exceeded 664.9 million on January 1, Report informs with reference to Worldometers.
To date, 6.697 million people have died from COVID-related health complications.
Countries with more than 30 million infection cases include the United States, India, France, Germany and Brazil .
