Global coronavirus tally exceeds 460M

The number of registered cases of coronavirus infection in the world as of March 11 morning reached 460,227,025, Report informs referring to the Johns Hopkins University.

Since the beginning of the spread of the virus globally, 6,067,796 people have died after being infected with the coronavirus.

Countries with more infection cases still include the US, India, Brazil and France.

The US is the leader in terms of the number of infected and deceased, where 81,216,268 have been infected with COVID-19, and the number of deaths is 991,038.

India is next with 42,996,062 and 516,005 respectively.

They are followed by Brazil, where 29,382,196 people have been infected, of which 655,326 have died.

The fourth is France, with 23,532,997 cases and 140,294 deaths.
