Zyuganov: Heydar Aliyev showed rare managerial talent

Zyuganov noted that Heydar Aliyev was the most effective crisis manager: "You should be proud of such a personality, you are very lucky. Heydar Aliyevich was a man who spanned two eras. He was the most effective crisis manager."

The head of the party also spoke about his impressions of Baku: "The city and the republic made a very vivid impression on me. I was glad how competently and cleverly Baku was built today. There is no such seaside promenade anywhere on the planet. You managed to combine the sea, the city, the beach and good amenities".
