The normalization process between Azerbaijan and Armenia is currently at a very important stage, Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Yalchin Rafiyev told journalists, according to Report.
"There are two key conditions for the signing of a peace agreement," Rafiyev said. "Concrete steps must be taken to fulfill these conditions. Instead of mere calls for peace, what's needed now is practical action," he added.
