Vladimir Putin: Armenian leadership recognized Azerbaijan's sovereignty over Karabakh

The Armenian leadership essentially recognized Azerbaijan's sovereignty over Karabakh, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum held in Vladivostok, Report informs.
He said that Azerbaijan is not interested in ethnic cleansing in Karabakh:
"I am in constant contact with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. I received a detailed letter from him these days."
