Visa-free agreement between Azerbaijan and China to take effect in July

The agreement between the governments of Azerbaijan and China on mutual visa exemption for holders of ordinary passports will officially come into force will take place on July. Report informs, citing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that all internal procedures required for the agreement's implementation, which was signed on April 23, 2025, in Beijing, have been completed.
Under this agreement, citizens of Azerbaijan and China holding valid ordinary passports will be able to enter, exit, and transit through each other's territory without a visa for up to 30 days per trip, and no more than 90 days within any 180-day period.
