Vietnamese leader sends letter of condolences to Azerbaijani President

President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Luong Cuong has sent a letter of condolences to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

Report informs via AZERTAC that the letter reads:

“His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Your Excellency,

I am deeply saddened by the news of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash on December 25, 2024, which claimed many lives.

On behalf of the government and people of Vietnam, and on my own behalf, I extend to you, Mr. President, and through you, to the people of Azerbaijan and the families of the deceased, my deepest condolences and sympathy.”
